Our teachers are well qualified. Most have a lot of experience and have already worked abroad. However, this is not essential, and we are prepared to consider anyone that we believe will be a good fit for our team and a positive addition to the school.
90% of our teachers hold a master's degree or above. All of our foreign teachers have PGCE, QTS or the equivalent. The majority, but not all, are from the UK. Our Foreign Principal is primarily responsible for selecting foreign teachers.
90% of our Chinese teachers graduated from“Project 985” and“Project 211”at top Chinese universities. Among them, 15% are provincial and municipal subject leaders and 20% are provincial and municipal famous teachers.
